The BIG Event - How You Can Help

We are working together with the following in our community to make this event a success:

  • Diverse Charitable Organizations
  • Area Businesses and Organizations
  • News Media
  • Local Churches
  • Individuals in Our Community
  • YOU!

We want to challenge you to take part because together, we can make a difference! One person, one church, or even one charitable organization cannot meet all of the needs in our area because one person/group alone can only do so much. However, when we all come together, we can make a huge difference!

We need your help to collect items, get the word out, and come together to make a difference in Columbus and surrounding areas!

What You Can Do

  • Get your family involved and make it a team effort. Discuss how many children you will "adopt" this Christmas and let your children help you in the decision process.
  •

  • Shop for a child that is the same age as your child or grandchild and let them help you pick out the toy.
  •

  • When you're out shopping, purchase several extra items. Then drop them off by THOG, and we will load them into the trailers.
  •

  • Choose non-perishable food items that you need to create your favorite basic meal.
  •

  • Start collection sites at your work, church or place of business. Pick a day that you will end your collection period and bring your whole team out with what you collected. We'll all celebrate your hard work together!
